Sport

One Tree Hill College offers an extensive range of sporting opportunities, with students competing from social levels through to regional and national competitions. The school also runs three specialist Sports Academies in Rugby, Netball, and Football, providing high‑performance coaching and development for selected Year 9 and 10 athletes. Regular weekly sports fixtures across multiple codes ensure students remain actively involved throughout the year.

The college is a consistent presence at national tournaments in both summer and winter seasons, and participates in most major one‑day tournaments, producing both champion individual athletes and successful teams. Most recently, One Tree Hill College secured national honours as the National Girls Senior Softball Champions. Outstanding facilities such as the all‑weather sports canopy support year‑round training and competition in all conditions support our students to prepare for competition.

Beyond school teams, students benefit from links with a variety of community sporting groups, strengthened by the college’s partnerships with local clubs that expand opportunities for participation and development.
