Our 2026 $1 House Project - At the heart of this project is a 74m² Keith Hay home — a 1990s classic — set to undergo a comprehensive deep retrofit at the hands of our Level 2 and Level 3 Trade Academy students, working under the expert supervision of a Licensed Building Practitioner.
The result will be a healthy, warm, and dry two-bedroom, one-bathroom home, fully accredited under the HomeStar rating system — and built to generate low to zero power bills.

We are deeply grateful to our entire sponsor community — including the electrification partners listed above and all those supporting behind the scenes — for joining us on this journey. Together, we're creating real-world learning opportunities that will help launch a new generation of skilled tradespeople into apprenticeships in September 2026.
