OTHC Chess Competition

Recently Mr Nelson and a few other students organised a school chess competition. This was open for all students wishing to compete or just to play socially. After many matches, losses and victories, a junior and senior winner were announced- Lele Leremia, year 10 and Sean Kumar, year 12. Mr Nelson plans on continuing to host chess competitions every term and encourages students to come out to T10 at lunch, learn how to play chess and get involved! After all, everyone starts from somewhere.
