One Tree Hill College is undertaking a deep retrofit of an ex-state house from Māngere East where Kāinga Ora - Home and Communities are doing a major redevelopment programme. The One Tree Hill College Trade Academy is working in partnership with Kāinga Ora to upgrade this house into a healthy, dry, home while preparing our pre-trade students for building apprenticeships.
One Tree Hill College Trade students enrolled in the Level 2 and Level 3 BCITO program are undertaking the deep retrofit under the supervision of Licenced Builder, Paul Williams and Head of Trade, Charlotte McKeon.
One Tree Hill College is working to meet HomeStar level 7, v5. Supported by the OTHC Board of Trustees, OTHC senior management team and these extremely generous companies.
