We have a very experienced team and all the girls have such good individual skills and we always back each other up. “We’re a very strong side as most of us are club players and also, we have many representative players in the team.” Coach Mr Faunt said, “I am so very proud of the team and want to congratulate each one of them on their victory. I really appreciate the time and effort they have put in and look forward to competing at the National Secondary championship al the way in Christchurch.” The team wish to thank the Coaches Mr Faunt and Ms Murray for all their hard work in preparing them for this win. So, it’s off to Christchurch where OTHC will be competing against the best in New Zealand. “I’m quietly confident going into the Nationals’, said Co-Captain Loma, “we’ve got the talent and we’ve had the hard training to take on New Zealand’s best.”
