One Tree Hill College Enrolment Brochure

Open Day - 9 May 2024

One Tree Hill College Enrolment Open Day will take place on Thursday 9 May for families wishing to consider enrolling their child for 2025 or beyond. Tours will take place at 9am, 10am, 4pm and 5pm. Please register your attendance on the front page of the college website.

In Zone Enrolments for 2024

Please be aware that One Tree Hill College has an Enrolment Scheme which means we have a home zone. All students who live within the home zone shall be entitled to enrol. Please click here for details of the OTHC Home Zone map.

 2025 Enrolments

One Tree Hill College is now processing enrolment applications online. Parents should use the online enrolment process to submit in-zone and out of zone applications. All 2025 applications should be submitted prior to the 4th September 2024. This is to help facilitate planning for 2025.

An application requires a number of documents to be uploaded at the time of enrolling. These documents are to be in .pdf format. Some documents need to be downloaded from this website, completed, then saved as a .pdf, while others will be scanned images of original documents held by parents.

Please ensure you receive the pop-up notification, advising your application has been submitted to One Tree Hill College. 

NB: Incomplete applications will not be processed.

2025 Out of Zone Enrolments

Applications for 2025 out-of-zone enrolments must be received by 4pm on Wednesday 4 September 2024. 

All out of zone applications are subject to the ballot process which takes place on Wednesday 11 September 2024. 

Out-of-zone applications use the same online enrolment procedure as in-zone students – except for the in-zone declaration and providing proof of residence.

The One Tree Hill College School Board of Trustees may approve a limited number of out-of-zone enrolments for 2025.
